About the Journal
The Mói de Sabedoria Journal is a scientific and academic journal of excellence, dedicated to the dissemination of knowledge, research, and innovative experiences in the broad field of professional education. Born from the evolution of an established series of e-books, with editions published from 2020 to 2025, the journal represents a strategic step in its mission to formalize and expand the reach of practical and theoretical knowledge. Our goal is to foster a constructive dialogue among academia, the labor market, and society, promoting the continuous development of essential competencies.
Focus and Scope
Our main focus is the collection, documentation, and dissemination of cutting-edge knowledge and practices in professional education. We cover topics including, but not limited to: innovative teaching and learning methodologies; the integration of digital technologies in education; curriculum development; competency-based assessment; the training of teachers and instructors; policies in professional education; and the relationship between education and labor market demands. Our scope is interdisciplinary, welcoming contributions from educators, researchers, managers, students, and professionals from diverse fields of knowledge that impact or are impacted by professional education and its interfaces with human and organizational development.
Open Access Policy
The journal fully adopts the Open Access policy, in accordance with the principles of the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI). This means that all content published in the journal is made available free of charge and without restriction immediately upon publication. Our objective is to ensure the maximum visibility and accessibility of scientific knowledge, allowing researchers, educators, and society at large to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, and link to the full texts of articles without financial or legal barriers, while always respecting authorship and the integrity of the work.
