Ética e integridade
The Mói de Sabedoria Journal is committed to best practices in ethics and integrity in scientific publishing, seeking to ensure transparency, rigor, and editorial accountability.
Originality and Plagiarism
Submitted manuscripts must be original and cannot be under simultaneous evaluation in another journal. The editorial office may conduct originality checks and, when evidence of plagiarism, inappropriate self-plagiarism, or redundant publication is identified, may reject the manuscript or adopt additional editorial measures.
Authorship and Contributions
Authorship must reflect effective intellectual contribution to the work. Authors are encouraged to clearly describe their contributions when requested during the editorial process.
Conflict of Interest (COI)
Authors, editors, and reviewers must declare potential conflicts of interest (financial, institutional, personal, or academic) that may influence the evaluation, editorial decision, or interpretation of results.
Corrections, Retractions, and Expressions of Concern
When necessary, the journal may publish corrections, retractions, and/or expressions of concern to preserve the integrity of the academic record, according to the severity and available evidence.
Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Assistive Tools
AI tools may be used as support (for example, language revision), provided that:
• intellectual content and responsibility for the manuscript remain entirely with the author(s);
• there is no violation of confidentiality, copyright, or data privacy;
• when applicable, relevant AI use is transparently disclosed by the author(s).
Editorial Best Practices
The journal adopts internationally recognized guidelines for editorial ethics as reference, seeking to apply them in a manner compatible with the journal's context and scope.
